Rabbi Seth Farber, Ph.D. Founder and Director Rabbi Farber received his Ph.D. from the Hebrew University and his rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University. He is the rabbi of Kehillat Netivot in Ra’anana where he lives with his wife and their five children. Rabbi Farber is the author of An American Orthodox Dreamer: Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik and Boston's Maimonides School (UPNE: 2004).

Elad Caplan Legal adviser Elad received his LL.B in Law and Political Science with honors from Bar Ilan University and is now studying for his MA in “Science, Technology and Society” at Bar Ilan University. He is a graduate of the Religious Kibbutz yeshiva program at Maal’e Gilboa. Elad worked as a legal intern at The Law, Information and Technology Authority at The Ministry of Law, as content editor at the NANA10 website network, as coordinator of the “Realistic Religious Zionism” Movement, and was a partner to several public initiatives in the area of Jewish pluralism. He is married and lives in Giva’at Shmuel.

Olya Weinstein Russian Language Coordinator Olya emigrated from the Former Soviet Union in 2000. She received her BA in English Linguistics from Bar Ilan University, and is now completing an MA in Jewish Studies. She has directed seminars for the Jewish Agency in the FSU. Most recently, she served as the Assistant to the director of the Yuri Stern Foundation. She lives in Jerusalem with her husband and two children.
